No but I had a referral with the same problem a few weeks back!! Since you can log in as her, I would guess that it must be something with their computer but no idea what!! My referral had trouble for a few days then it just cleared up or she changed a setting for something else and it was fixed! Hope we get an anwser so we can help out others with this problem!
