I hadn't thought about a different browser. I sent her a getting started guide and in it I tell people to use firefox for crediting purposes. I think it might be something screwey with her computer. She told me that she has a horrible time logging in on most sites. I think it is something that her husband has done to it. Hopefully she will follow the directions and setup firefox correctly. I will send her an email now and tell her to give it a try.
