How to track Cookies
FOR IE:
Log into your account and go to the “Offers Page". On your computer’s Desktop, click "Start/My Computer” and select “C:Documents and SettingsUSERNAMECookies" (Note: Your local drive might be different, though "C:" is the windows default. Also where USERNAME is, replace it with your Windows user account name.) (Note also: the "Cookies" folder is a "Hidden" folder which is not shown by default in Windows explorer. If you are not seeing it once you get in the "C:Documents and SettingsUSERNAME" folder, click the "Tools->Folder Options" menu. Click the "View" tab, and in the "Advanced settings" pane, under "Files and folders", then under "Hidden files and folders", click "Show hidden files and folders". Click "OK" at the bottom of the window, and you should be able to see the "Cookies" folder.) The "cookies" folder should be completely empty besides from an "index.dat" file (and possibly a "desktop.ini" file, depending on your Windows version). If it is not, clear your cookies and cache again. (Also note if you are not the moderator on your computer and, the moderator has certain privilages selected, you might not be able to find the "Cookies" hidden file. If so use Firefox.)
Now, click an offer, and wait for the offer website page to completely load (the flag at the top right should not be moving, and in the bottom left bar it should say "Done"). Then, check the "cookies" folder and there should be one or more cookies/text files there. (Most likely, one or more will have the offer's name/site in its title)
***If there are no cookies in the folder, go back/close the offer
window and start over from step number two.*** If there are cookies in the folder, you should get credit for completing the offer
FOR FIREFOX
Click on tools , then click on "options" and then click on "privacy"
Then under "cookies" click on "show cookies"
Make sure you see the site and offer name listed.
