But I want to do better. I have a learn a lot of stuff here--even stuff of how to deal with things in my real life as well. However--I really feel the need to do better. Better communications--better at getting referrals--and better at the ability to do offers. For those of u who been around a while--was there a point when u got to where am at right now--and sort out methods of how to increase your own personal potentials? If you have--and u know u have gotten better at this--can u share with me and all of us--what have u done to become better at this?

At one point when i first started i felt a bit overwhelmed trying to keep track of things...i then realized that organization was one of the most important things. I mean...from tracking the sites you sign up for to the offers you've done...to what reffs are on what sites...lol...keep very organized and it makes life much easier. Also I try to be as helpful as possible...I truely belive that if you are not out for yourself then the "kharma" is good and you will get the traders...I feel good helping others anyway so that is a win win for me! I have to agree with Lucky777. Organization is the most important thing. Without it, you will get lost in the trades, who is doing what or what are you doing and when do I cancel that trial membership? The more trades you do for other traders out there, the more confident you will become on that part. Then when you are on the other side, you will know what to tell the new people what they have to do and take your time and make sure they understand before they actually complete a trade.
