Stressed about Getting Screwed but Still Optimistic
I'm relatively new here, but very serious about trading. I've finally run into a bad apple on G4G trade. I went green almost instantly and the person disappeared.
I WAS able to get myself removed as that person's referral once I contacted the site, but it's just horrible to even have to experience that.
I know there are dishonest people in this world as well as people trying to get something for nothing. It's just frustrating and disenchanting to experience it...let alone so early in my trade career.

Have you discussed this botched trade with a moderator?
The green 4 green scam is probably the one that pisses me off the most. Because they are usually conducted by a trader who knows how the trades are supposed to work. Green 4 Green trades are an outstanding way to gain referrals. But the lack of ethics by some traders ruin this trading philosophy.Posted 04-09-2008 at 08:49 PM by marbleeye

Hey, I've been scammed and i've been almost scammed about 3 times!! However, I have done about 28 trades now and they have been with some really wonderful people~~I also have about 20 in the trade manager~~patiently waiting to finish~~ You can either focus on the bad (a small %) or you can just forget them and move on to all the great ones (much larger %)!!!
