Marriage!

This is the poem I wrote when tim and i were getting married almost 5 years ago and within it we highlighted specific words and those were our table names. This peom was framed and standing on the table next to all the seating cards when you walked into the reception. And i was surprised that our pastor read it during the ceremony...but I thought i would share!
FULL OF ENERGY AND EQUIPED WITH HUMOR, WE FOUND A
FRIENDSHIP THAT WOULD LAST.
TREATED WITH RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING, WE TALKED ABOUT
THE FUTURE AND ABOUT THE PAST.
WITH A HEARTFULL OF HOPE -- SINCERITY, AND GENEROSITY, WERE
EASY TO EMBRACE.
WE SOON REALIZED THE BOND WE HAD MADE, WAS NOW
LEADING US SOMEPLACE.
LOVE, WITH A GIFT OF STRENGTH ON ITS SIDE, LEFT PATIENCE, FORGIVENESS, AND TRUST NO PLACE TO HIDE.
FAITH IN OUR LOVE, AND IN GOD ABOVE, HAS BROUGHT US TO THIS DAY,
AND WE PROMISE TO BE THERE FOR EACHOTHER
IN EVERY SINGLE WAY!
PASSION LIGHTS THE FLAMES AND STIRS THE FIRES IN THE HEART.
AND WISDOM THAT WE’VE YET TO GAIN WILL HELP US THROUGH LIFE “TILL DEATH DO US PART!”
