Letter to a New Member!

Every time I hear from a New Member I like to send them a few very important things to read! I am putting this blog up to not only help me have these in one place, but also to help anyone else that is just starting out. Here is one of the letters I have put together for a New Member that has contacted me.I have left a few things out because I didn't want to self promote:

I am going to send you a few things I would like you to read first of all. These are very important the first one is by Gladiator ->The only way to correctly complete offers Now this is one of my blogs that I put together to help out New Members -> Important Rules To Live By This is a very good post by one of the site owners -> How to better your chances of getting credit One more from one of our Awesome Mods.-> What you can expect to see when you do your first site. I know this is a lot to read, but they are very important !!
Remember also when doing offers Always read the TOS (Terms of Service) Very Carefully. Keep Track of Everything..I hope you downloaded a Spread Sheet while reading "Important Rules To Live By"

Help For New Members !!

After reading all the comments on my other blog "Has anyone seen this happening" I decide to add this one. I hope this will help out our New Members.
There are a lot of great Tutorials on FLR and every trader should be sending some of these list to their New Referrals before sending them to do any offers.
Here's a list of some of the best warning's on offers!

1. Phone Numbers For Offers (this is not one I send out but keep on hand in case anyone needs it)

2. The Good, Bad, and Ugly List: My favorite, they keep it updated and it is a list of offers and what other traders have to say about them.(Keep this handy when doing offers)

3. Real Credit times for Offers...Reported by Real FLR users.

4. Offers I Love...This is by DaisyGA and another good one to have...list of Good Offers.

I hope this helps our New Members and our "Veteran" Traders also. I will be using this blog now to send to my New Referrals...everything together in one place.
I suggest that you keep these list handy while trading..it can save you not only a few headaches but also money.
If I missed any of the list please send them to me so that I can add them to the list.

What Is A Mentor ?

What Is A Mentor ?

Websters dictionary says : a trusted counselor or guide b: tutor , coach

We see this all the time in trade threads or in post "Ready to Mentor You", "PPD Mentor" or other ways to let the New Members know that we will help them and guide them not only on how to go green and stay green but also to guide them through Method 2. To be there when they need us either for help with a problem here or just to vent. To be there as long as they need us and beyond ! This is what I think a mentor is, and if you are their mentor and you do help them every way that you can, then you WILL become their friend.

Your probably thinking by now "ok , whats the big deal we all know what a mentor is". I thought we did too, until ....within the last week, I have had 3 people come to me with questions. These people have already gone to Method 2 , but (as they put it) now the person they were working with won't even answer a PM.
How can this person call themselves a "Mentor" and not be there to help their referrals. Two of these people have iT's of over 150. The other one was still pretty much new. Had and iT of around 20, but still should know what a mentor does.
I Love helping people don't think that I am complaining about that. I just don't know how someone can call themselves a mentor, then not be there for their referral. I'm sure that there are a lot of us in here that feel the same way !
I tell all my referrals and anyone else that wants help from me, I don't know everything but what I don't know I will find out and get back to you. I have been helped by so many people that I never worked with, and I do believe in "Pay it forward" . Someone helps me I am going to try my best to help someone else.
I would like to say to All the Great Mentors in here Thank You! You know who you are, and to those that claim to be a mentor but are not, please try to treat everyone how you want to be treated!
If anyone has something more to add to this please let me know.

Has Anyone Else Seen This Happening ?

We get New Members in here and we train them when we think they are ready we send them out to start doing offers and making money.
Then all of a sudden they quit, some of them because they can't get credit but I think more of them are quitting because of something that has been happening with these new offers that are burning people.
I had one that was doing real good till he was hit by one of the offers, he was using a debit card. By the time he knew what was happening they had already taken out so much that he had other things being returned for ins. funds.
They wiped him out, he started here to make a little money to keep him on his feet until he could get another job because he was laid off. He had a little money put back but thought this would help him until he could get another job. His first few trades were great , he was happy, getting paid, then bam, they got him.
When this happens the sites should pull the offer off. He had done this offer with another trader and even though I told him I would try to help him talk to the site to let them know, he said no, he would contact the other trader. The other trader (I don't even know who it was) would not even answer his PM's once he told them what had happened. He did let the site owner know what had happened and they said they would take care to see the site was taken off.
Well, I just read another thread yesterday that someone else had gotten burned from this same offer, and they were not the only one, there were lots of people commenting on that post . Why has it not been taken off ? Can someone please let me know why, if the offer does not live up to their end of the bargain why are these sites still keeping them on! This one I am talking about was either a 7 or 14 day trial. Before this man even got the product in the mail he was charged over $150 not once but 2X , when he did find out and called the company he got the normal "sorry we will refund your money in 10 to 20 days" They don't offer to pay you back for the fees that the bank charged you, or for the fees that were charged by the other companies that had gotten a ins.funds letter from the bank.
I really needed to vent about this and I would like to know if anyone else has lost referrals because of this. Something needs to be done about it!

Ever Heard This "What Do I Do Now"

*Big Question..Do You Know The Answer?*
*I have seen this question so many times posted by a New Member. That is why I decided to make this blog.
When you first sign up to FLR , your lost. Some members come through Project PayDay and if they are like me, that just confused me more.
First thing to do is forget about 60 % of what they told you in Project PayDay.
Then go read the Rules. (this is an important step) Next you can go introduce yourself in the New Members Post (found in User Announcements)
Next step is up to you.. Either go to the "Paying4Referrals" section and start reading the post to find someone you would like to work with OR start a thread in the "Looking to Complete Offers" section.
You should know if you start a thread you will have about 50 to 60 replies within the first 5 to 10 min. this can be overwhelming. This can also be really great, you are going to get all kinds of replies, some people cut and paste their replies while others will just type a few lines. Both ways are good this way you have lots of traders to choose from and if you still don't see one that you think you can work with, don't worry there will be more (LOL).
If you go to the "paying4ref" section and just read threads this is also a good way to find a trader to work with.
When looking for someone to work with don't just go by how big their iTrader # is. I know a lot of the new members go by this but just because your iT is not huge does not mean they don't know what they are doing.
Once you find someone you think you want to work with, contact them either reply to their thread OR pm (private message) them. Once you contact them you should ask lots of questions. You don't want to work with someone who is not going to help you out when you need them. As I tell all my Referrals "If I don't know the answer, I will find out and get back to you".
There is something new to learn here every day.
Now you have read all the tutorials that your trader should have sent you. You know the rules, and your ready to start!
You should always start simple. If the trader you chose wants to give you a 2 or 3 credit site to start you out, the best thing for you to do is keep looking for another trader. You should always start on a 1/2 or 1 credit site, and you want to start simple, don't jump into a $50 site to start. Do a $20 site your not making as much money but it will be a lot easier to get the credit you need to green.
After you have done a few sites and know what you are doing, then you can do a $50 site. I personally do not like the 2 or 3 credit sites, just my own opinion. I feel if I'm going to do 2 credits, I want it to be on 2 sites, then you get 2 added to you iT not just 1 .
I want to add Take you time, don't rush into trading. Most new members that rush into it get overwhelmed and quit after just a few days.
One of the most important things you need to do when you 1st start out is read,read, read.
I have lots of tutorials on my trade thread to help out new members.
Then when I am contacted to do one of my sites, I make sure before you begin, you know how important it is to do the right steps so that you will get the credit you deserve from doing an offer.
I hope this blog helps some of you that don't know what to do next.

I have been noticing more and more of our New Members going to paying4ref. in what I think too short of time. I talked to a person the other day who said they didn't think they were ready but, their mentor told them they were so they were going to try it. Once I got to talking to them I realized that maybe they were not ready. That is the reason I wanted to make this blog.
To All New Members Who Want To Jump To Paying4Referrals.
Please Before Making A Trade Thread Ask Yourself:
If Your Referral Ask These Questions Do You Know What To Tell Them.
1.What does going green mean and how do I do it?
2. How do I know if I have a Proxy server and what is it ?
3. How do I become Paypal Verified?
4. How do I clear my cookies ?
5. How do I turn off pop-ups ?
6. What kind of cc can I use and can I use paypal plugin ?
7. How does freebie trading work & how can they afford to pay us ?
8. Can I do the offer on one site then do it again on another site ?
9. What does it mean when the site says it is forever green ?
10. Why am I not getting credit on the offers I've already done ?
11. I did an offer that said it would credit in 1 day and I didn't get credit what did I do wrong ?
12. What does g4g mean ?
13. Can I do the offers on my computer at work ?
14. My sister lives with me and also wants to get started freebie trading, can we use the same computer ?
15. What does Going Red mean ?
16. If I do a referral for you can I still do one for someone else on that same site ?
17. What is a MCR ?
18. How do I get full headers ?
19. I just had someone that I don't know pm me and ask me to do a site for them, is it ok for me to do that ?

21. If I do an offer do I have to wait the full trial date before I cancel ?

This is a very short list of just 30 questions that you WILL get asked by New Members. If you don't know the answers to these 30 then NO you are not ready to start paying4referrals.

This post is meant to help Our New Members that are jumping into paying4referrals too soon. Most of the people that jump too soon will give up because they are not getting enough referrals. I hope you will stick around Read, Read,Read & Ask Lots of Questions before you jump that fence. I want you to succeed in freebie trading and the only way to do it is to know what is going on.

Important Rules To Live By In Trading

Don't Let This Overwhelm You!

1. Make Sure You Are Not Using A Proxy Server- Not sure ->click here<-
2. Always Give True Information- giving false information will get your account put on

Hold.
3. Never try to do the same site more than once example: If you do
www.************** don't try to do that one again~But~ If you do that site you
CAN do another one of their sites like cameras.************** (make sure if you sign
up at another one of their sites you sign up as existing user and use the same e-mail
on both sites. Here is a tutorial on how to do that ->click here<-.
4. Never try to do the same offer more than once-this can get your account put on
hold.
5. Never use a pre-paid card or Virtual card ,you must use a Valid Credit/Debit Card with your name on it....unless they say you can pay by check.
6. Never use PayPal plug in......this is the same as a pre-paid card!
7. Always clear cookies before starting a site!
8. Do Not Log into your Freebie Site from a Public Computer...Always Use Your Home Computer!
9. Turn off pop-up blockers!
10. Always hold confirmation page for at least 5 min.
11. KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YOUR TRADER!!
12. When choosing offers choose the ones you really want to try out. You need to
give the products a real trial. Don't just do one for the credit this is considered Fraud! There are a lot of Great products out there if you just give them a try!!
13. Make sure you read the "Terms of Service" "Privacy Policy" and "FAQ's" on all the offers that you are going to sign up for.
14. Keep Track of Everything.....here are some spreadsheets to choose from->click<-
15. Enjoy yourself in the Free Lunch Room. Get to know people, ask Questions, Post in
