Yes, we all signed up for FLR with hopes of getting rich rich rich!!! Then reality hits. This is a great way to make money but it takes work!

I think it is important for newbies and vets alike to know that this takes effort and setting realistic goals for yourself. Making $700 your first month is possible, but expect to be glued to your computer, and your phone!

It may be best to start off with smaller goals and see how you work FLR for you. Then tweak your goals and challenge yourself. You will only get out what you put in.

So enjoy it, but remember that the money won't make itself! You've gotta work to get it :-)

Why A Mentor is So Important

So many people join FLR for so many different reasons. Some need some quick cash for the weekend, some want to make this a f/t job. Each of those scenarios need a different game plan, different strategy of site to achieve those goals.

This is why a mentor is so important. They help guide so you don't waste your time doing things that you don't need. They have tips and tricks to the trade so you don't do things blindly.

A mentor should be the #1 priority before starting on your quest for cash. They can help you get more bang for your buck. And FLR is FULL of wonderful people ready and more than willing to help.

So look carefully for someone who can work with you and fulfill your needs. Make the most of FLR.

And as always, best wishes and happy trading :-)

As mommies, we already have a full time job! Kids take up all your time and then some. I shower so fast now I wonder if I've cleaned everything! But the little one doesn't want to wait so you gotta rush.

Now factor in FLR, and a full time job and you can easily burn out.

I just want to say to all the FLR mommies, and full time daddies too, keep up the good work. We do this for our families to keep them taken care of. And I think it's super :-) WE ROCK!!!

One of the biggest lessons I've learned so far is that nothing is guaranteed on FLR.

You may set up a trade and expect it to take a certain amount of time. But all sorts of things can cause bumps in the road.

For instance, I've been trying to do g4g's to prep me for Method 2. So I set up a bunch of trades. So far, I'm waiting on my sites to credit so the others can then green for me, been scammed once. But my traders are having the same issues, waiting on credits, waiting on MCRs, credit card issues.

The point is, it all works out in the end. Some things are going to be out of your control. But patience is totally necessary, and so is flexibility.

So keep smiling and keep on trading!

I'll be honest, it took me a while to get into the threads. I was having too much fun blogging. But I have a new favorite thread on here.....OFFER DISCUSSION!!!

The best ever! It gives so much information. If you are ever leary about doing an offer, you can read all about others who have done it, how it credited, customer service response time...ect. I check there everytime before I do an offer. And at least it lets me see how long it will really take to credit.

I suggest you all check it out. It keeps you up to date with new offers and all there is to know about current ones!

So I officially spend too much time on this site lol. It's addictive. So many different blogs and threads to read! And just when you think you've read them all....up pops a new one!

I'm glad that FLR has a friendly aspect to it and it's not all just business. People are more willing to work in a comfortable environment.

So I am officially trying to go to the next level with FLR and putting more effort into it. Hopefully it will work out. But as I have read over and over, I will just have to be patient and put in the time and effort! Gotta stay optimistic!

Money is tight for everyone this year. And it may discourage you from wanting to complete offers that may not seem to financially be in your best interest. But remember, every site you complete is another notch on your belt, another site you can offer others when you reach method 2!

So maybe you don't need Space Saver Bags, for example, but you may have a friend who is moving and needs them. You complete the offer and get paid. Then you can sell them to her at half off the retail price. She will be happy with her purchase, and you have still made a profit. There are so many ways to have offers work for you. Just use a little imagination and watch the $$ roll in.....

Now, I just need to take my own advice!!

Take the few moments to view this video. If you know me you know I'm all about my daughter and the saftey of children. I found it helpful to me and I would love for more parents to know their options of keeping their little ones safe in the car during the winter months:

So, nowadays, it seems that when it rains..IT POURS! Besides the normal money, family issues that we all deal with..nothing like a little car trouble to brighten your day.

I woke up last Saturday to see my passenger side mirror hanging like a loose tooth on my car! What a sad site. No clue how it was done or who did it. All I could think of was how much it was going to cost (Lexus quoted me $641..FOR A MIRROR...but my dad's mechanic will do it for $150..psheeww!)

Instead of moping about it, I took comedy to it. You should see me driving down the highway with tape flapping in the wind as my mirror is taped in everyway to keep it up. And there is no way to open the passenger door without the mirror going flying and tape everywhere. The best was today, shopping with my husband and our daughter. We decided to take my car...well, how was hubby gonna get in??? Watching him climb over my stick shift gear shift to get into the passenger seat was great fun!! And it was even funnier when he had to do it in front of everyone at Bed Bath and Beyond!

I'm still laughing about it now! I hope the mirror doesn't get repaired too soon cause this is funnier than I thought it would be!

So as I previously informed you, the new terror on the block is not a gang...it's Elmo. That new adorable doll, that I must say is super cute has taken over our home.

I've tried telling my 20 month old that Elmo's taking a nap, he's hiding and all other sorts of things to keep her from playing with this toy allllllll day. He is great to play with for 5 mins but any longer and he automatically becomes annoying! lol, I'm losing the battle.

Once again, Sesame Street producers and advertisers know what they're doing. That little red guy has won over the hearts of everyone, and has taken over my home.

Any other parents going through the same thing? Has Elmo turned your home upside down!!?? lol

I don't know if any of the parents out there have this toy for their children but OMG! It's adorable...for all of 5 minutes! My daughter is 20 months and in LOVE with Elmo. She literally wakes up looking for her Elmo dolls and slippers. Her Nana thought this would be a nice gift for her. Little did we know that he was super cute, but also super loud.

Does your little one have one of these? Let me know your experiences with it! My daughter purposely knocks him over just to hear him say, "Can you help Elmo up please?" And why is his little nose so hard to squeeze? Does anyone else's Elmo make clicking sounds while he talks or has my daughter just over abused it in all of one week!

:stupid:I have a GREAT mentor who has been walking me throught the steps of this wonderful place we know and love as FreeLunchRoom. And I made a good amount of money in one week so I am happy about that!!

But I'm a little confused. I hear people doing so much in Method One and I know I'm not ready for Method Two as of yet, but what do you do when there are no offers out there anymore that catch your eye??

Most of the sites are running the same offers and there are just only so many times I can do an offer to run my credit report before all that pulling brings down my credit score!!!

I have been looking at what I can actually use and keep. But other than that, I don't see much. Am I looking in the wrong places?? I don't want this to be my plateau on FLR.

Any suggestions????????????
