All in a Sticky Day...

It has been awhile since I last wrote in my blog. Since that time, I had another sticky. I had it on the weekend of March 8th.
Things have been crazy around here & I have still been working with several trades from my sticky. That is why I didn't write in my blog before now.
My sticky started out SLOW! I watched as the other traders were getting lots of referrals & I got 2. Needless to say, I was frustrated. I asked a couple of friends to look at my thread and title hoping that maybe they could give me suggestions on how to improve them. I looked at other threads/titles of those that seemed to be having success, then started adjusting both my thread and title. Still nothing changed. Hmmm...
Sunday rolled around. All I can say is "Wow!! What a different a day makes!!" I started to get referrals. Not a ton of referrals but more than the day before. That made me happy.
Monday came & I was BUSY!!! It more than made up for the first day! Not only did I receive lots of referrals but I was able to really work with each referral. (I love that part of FLR. Working with my new referrals).
My sticky ended on Tuesday, but I was still getting referrals into Wednesday. My computer & I were very busy. (I like that part too.)
This was my second sticky. My first sticky was in January for one week. (I was brand new & had just switched over to "Paying for Referrals".) During that sticky, I set up over 80 trades but only about 40 of them greened. The other half of those trades just dropped off and have not come back to FLR. I didn't really know how to effectively mentor, either. I made about $1000. (Some of those trades I cashed out a little later on).
In comparison, this sticky I set up about 63 trades and 45 greened. I gave better, more detailed instructions to each new trader and also worked with them over IM and the Phone. Aah!! I learned to mentor a little better from my 1st sticky. As of today, I have made close to $900 (that is net!) with trades still being worked on.
I am very pleased with the success of my Sticky!! Now I have sat and thought about how I can make my next sticky just as successful if not even more successful (Still evaluating how I want to improve.).
I will keep you all posted on how my next sticky goes when I have it.

Thanks! I have enjoyed both of my stickies!! I have made a lot of friends to because of them! Good luck on your sticky! Most importantly, Have fun doing it!!
