Make games for your Xbox or PC- Project help wanted

Im looking for a some people who are intersted in doing freelanced or digital art, play music, love pets, or just flat out crazy. I need some help and ideas for my site. Two or more heads are better than one. The reward for your help can be of a great benefit. I won't get into that right now.
I am also looking for people who have knowledge in Visual basic, C+, C++, .NET, Dark Basic or Pro, or XNA or a combination of the knowledge. This plan is to make M.U.G.E.N. (created from) www.electbyte.com, 2-D Fighting video games and the games created with GAMEMAKER from www.yoyogames.com playable on a disk on the XBOX 360. This is a free project. If you have ideas and no programming knowledge, ideas can be a BIG help. Artist can create Charaters, MIDI Composers can create music, ect. You can suggest game ideas or join by writing me.

Sony has no open source code that I know of to make Homebrew games thats why I am using Microsoft and Electbyte's M.U.G.E.N. for the project. If there is a way to make homebrew PS3 games you can write me and we can do those as well.
