Does'nt anyone want my money?!!

I have been paying for referrals for a while. It is just so hard to be patient and wait. I think a lot of new people still don't know that they have to contact us first, not the other way around. I shouldn't complain, I have had a steady trickle of referrals. But, I am ready for more! I have been told maybe I should jazz up my thread. I don't really want to do that though. My thread is a reflection of myself. Low maintenance, direct, to the point and honest. OK, maybe a little boring too, but I can live with that. I sit in front of the computer almost all day. Thank goodness for my laptop, I have it next to me while I do laundry, dishes, bills, ... you name it! Well, I know I have to be patient, and things get slow for everyone. I just hope I can get a few more soon. That's all for now, just thought I would post a little update. Good luck to all!

Stop Waiting... ANd Go out and find some referrals...LOL

Here's some ideas:
  1. Make some flyers and drop them all over town.
  2. Post Freebie Trading ads on some of the online Free Classified ads
  3. Put an ad in your local paper or "Pennie Saver"
  4. Order some "free" Vistaprint cards and leave them everywhere
  5. Start visiting other work from home and mommy forums...Get the word out.
  6. Start a Myspace and/or Facebook page and talk about Freebie Trading.
  7. Remember both Project Payday and FLR have referral programs.

I feel your pain, I just jumped the fence to method 2 a few weeks ago and I can't seem to get any where with it. I've had a few trades that I can't even seem to complete, one guy I paid a week ago and am still waiting for them to complete the trade in the trade manager and leave feedback, an other guy started and fell off the face of the planet. Then one went red on me. I'm beyond frustrated. If I could just get these last few to finish and or leave me Feedback I believe I qualify for PPD mentor which I think would open a few more doors for me. I do like that prior reply and the ideas they left for generating new leads. I have tried posting to some messaging boards and as matter of fact several of them, but not so much as one reply has come. Oh well, I'll keep plugging away until I burn out. I figure that will be 6 months give or take a month, not one to give up easily and I also happen to believe this can work, just need a bigger TR to gain newbies trust....It is sort of like credit, if you have none, no one wants to lend you any thing..
