Anyone else???

Is anyone else having problems getting a response from Support? I submit support tickets and 2 days later there is no response, is does not even look like it has been read. The last time I spoke to anyone he said send me a reminder tomorrow which I did and it does not look like it was opened.
So I did support tickets, emails, and tried instant messages but they are always offline and no response. Does anyone have a phone number?
