This site will hold up paying you for 3 days so far just because someone else has the same PASSWORD as another member, NOT name, address or phone JUST PASSWORD. I have never run into this at any other site and my referral promptly complied with their orders of sending in a photo ID so she can be taken off hold. This is the third day and they have not removed the hold and I have NOT been paid.
Also, they are either not checking or just not responding to emails, support tickets or postings. I don't think they are even there, maybe they all took a vacation.

The red flag was because you said 2 members have the same password and that was resolved, you did get the photo ID, she sent it to you and copied me on the email so I know you got it, then she sent it a second time and I also sent it to you. So now you are going to delay paying me $50 because you need to check ME??? Are you crazy, I am the one to bring you business by getting you a referral, I have an iTrader of 47 and NOW you want to verify me to make sure I am not affiliated with the referral???
It seems to me you are doing anything you can to avoid paying me. NO site has ever that I am aware of questioned the relationship of the person bringing you the referrals. If it was not for us then you would get NO business and if this is a common practice then I urge everyone NOT to do busy with this organization again.

Your user violated our terms of service. We needed verify that the other account with the same password was not affiliated with her. I went ahead and approved your account.

Think about what you just said sir, if she was cleared and produce an ID to prove she was NOT associated with the other person, then HOW DID SHE VIOLATE YOUR TOS????? This is the only site that compares something that can be common because people use names as their passwords so that is why NO other site checks it. So don't say she violated your TOS unless you found that she did, you are making her guilty without checking first, the rule is "You are innocent until proven guilty"

I did already respond by PM and I explained that I feel your procedures are crazy. First, you put someone on hold because her password is the same as someone else's password is crazy, if there was something else that matched then I could see it but not password alone. After telling me I was approved, my order for payment is denied again because now you need to make sure my referral is not affiliated with me??? Then I am told to submit my email address and my password so you can check to see if I am affiliated with the referral. Since you are sending me a PM you know who I am and you know my email address and apparently my password so why do I have to put it in a PM and risk that someone could steal my password, most companies tell you NOT to give out your password to anyone that is requesting it, I should be the only one that knows it. Another crazy procedure, I am an established trader with an iTrade of 47, there would be know reason to have to check me against the referral. I am the one bringing you new business, if you are going to check every person that brings you a referral then I would think many members won't deal with your site. I have nothing to discuss by AIM or PM, I choose to discuss things in the open, I have nothing to hide.

I am sorry, that you had to go through this situation but we have to take security procedures just to ensure all our users are legit. We prevent fraud and take these simple steps to make sure people are not frauding. Im sorry that we caused you so many problems and that you were not able to just follow few steps to take your account off hold, I will be happy to take you off hold since you are so upset with us.
