Exclamation Can't take it anymore...

I'm a little upset about the way you guys at ExpressBux have been treating my account.

For one thing, everytime I have tried to send a support ticket on the site since 9/3, it has been giving me an error. So the 5 times I have tried to send e-mail to their support address, I get the e-mail back with an error. Now I read somewhere on 9/17 where someone else had a similar problem contacting support, so I know I am not the only one.

I had 2 MCR's to put through, and my fellow trader who I was involved with the trade said she would help me try to get in touch with you guys. SOMEHOW SHE DID!!!!! Maybe it was after you happen to fix the systems...I don't know....but here is my big issue that shouldn't have been an issue at all.......

--> She wrote me back a PM stating that you guys told her that I had been doing a lot of "clicking" and that they weren't taking manual credits at this time due to fraud. A LOT OF CLICKING!!??!!?? I had to do a lot of clicking to check out the offers because some offers were dead, some would error out on the credit card screens, and the others I completed!!! So what does clicking have to do with it. On top of that, I keep more records than you could imagine, and I have screenshots of the 1st page of the offers, the confirmation screens, and full e-mail headers of sign-up confirmations I get. I have been charged for ALL OFFERS and have got credit for 1 of them!

If you can't tell I'm a little upset because of the fact that it's been going on one month since I completed the offers, and also because you choose to communicate with the person I'mn trading with and not with me!! They're my offers!! And don't let this message fool you, I'm not ususally this forward about stuff, but it makes me mad when I am one of the good guys out here trying to make something out of this trading business and I have stuff like this happen. You took manual credits when I signed up for the offers and now all of a sudden you don't...what is that about?!?

Like I said, I have everything that confirms that I did the sites and did them properly, and I feel as if they are blowing my account off. I have a lot of people starting to come to me here in the forum asking me what the top sites are to do business on. I don't tell them which ones to do, I just tell them my experiences with the ones I have done and they can judge and take it from there, and I like the way your site is set-up, but I'm having a tough time holding back my month long story when someone asks me which sites I like and don't like because of this situation. If all is fixed then all would be well and done and I would forget about this, but i'm starting to wonder if that will ever happen.

I understand things slip through the cracks, so I've got one more chance in me for this, and this is the last thing I wanted to do was come in here and put this this in a post, but I have no other choice because I haven't been able to get in touch with anybody in any other way. Hopefully this will change and I can make a new post with some positive experiences from ExpressBux............

i am sorry for any problems that you are having with support, I will admit that we have been a little pushed back because me and my partner have been busty with college, but we have been keeping up to date. If you have any problems with credit requests please contact me on AIM. I assure you I will get you your problems and with your confirmation emails for your offers I will be able to get you your credt. Again sorry for any problems that you are having. FSR has not fixed out credit request system and we are still trying to get them to fix that.
