Not getting any help w/support ticket

I don't know where to post this...but I really need some help from TraInn - YourNintendoWii4Free. I have been waiting for my referrals offer to credit and I'm not hearing back from my support ticket. She completed her offer on 3/7/09 and submitted the request for credit on 3/14/09. It has been the required 10 days and I am not sure if this credit is going through. The information I am passing along is based on info from my referral...so I am hoping it is correct. I am mostly intersted in finding out from TraInn if the request has indeed been submitted and what the current status is. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

im glad i found an official answer pertaining to the support ticket response time. I was beginning to think i would never hear from them LOL!!!

FLR may have changed, but, the process of offer crediting hasn't. As it has always been on every site in the industry, sign-ups are credited to accounts as they are reported to us by the advertiser.

I don't know where the basis comes from, but, that isn't accurate. Tickets and emails are answered each and every day and are still answered within 2 days of the inquiry being submitted.

I checked our databases and don't see you having ever submitted a support ticket or missing credit request. In the last year, I see only 2 emails, one sent last week (answered within 2 days) and another yesterday (Monday) afternoon.

We haven't reached your email yet as the beginning of the week does typically result in the largest amount of emails / tickets submitted with users picking back up from the weekend, but, it will receive a reply, as all do, and you can expect it shortly.

Oh, for heaven's sake!!

Alan's right on this one, reporting is in the hands of the affiliates and advertisers, NOT the site/network!

And y'all MUST be patient...how can you teach patience otherwise! Instant is still gonna be up to 3 days before proclaiming it's a waste of time and money and even then, NOT until after an mcr's been filed and an end result has come about...this IS the net - there ARE gonna be hiccups - and in that, whelp...patience IS required!

TRAINN has always been a few days in support responses, it's just how they run, so no need to get snitty about it now - each and every network has it's own quirks and that ain't gonna change, either:)
