how long does it take to respond to an MCR in this site?

I have a ref that says that her MCR is in, but it still shows unread...

So what should I tell her is the normal?

getting frustrated
(b/c I can't win a race if my refs don't green ~ LOL)

If I recall correctly, MCR's get submitted once 30 days have passed.

awe, 30 days, huh? Well, then why don't they respond to the mcr and let the refs know that?

ugh! communication is preached around here... why can't the support staff practice it!

Just a little note that says...

"hey, we'll process that request after 30 days.. .but thanks for putting it in. We are here and on top of things

We are very happy to have you HERE with us!"

Offer crediting? How long?

I know this is ffamk thread, but since prizebook is an flr owned site, I'm assuming it would be the same time.

30 days im glad this thread was started thats longer than trainn.Thanks i wasnt aware of this but now i am i know what to do.

I'm just going by what I can remember!

Hopefully support will chime in an confirm this so we all know.

FLR owned/operated sites have ALWAYS worked this way, however, it used to be you had to wait 30 days to even file. Why? Whelp, the first thought comes to mind is...seeing whether or not users are canceling within trial periods, thus...no longer a valid lead:) Think about it...30 days = most trial offer periods:)

Now, they at least let you file earlier, which is nice and they share that it has been sent to the affiliate so folks at least know it's in process...but support has also informed me it can take well over 30 days to process and perhaps that also deals with who is keeping offers or not, dunno...as we're not on that end of the spectrum, we can only imagine...and sure as heck glad I'm not a trade site owner...lol...I couldn't take it!

I do, however, let folks know upfront if they are doing an flr related site that patience is essential and to NOT do another offer if for some reason something doesn't credit:) No, perhaps it's not the best plan, but offers are limited as it is and there's no sense in wasting them - time will tell:)
