1. Launch Microsoft's Internet Explorer, since IE is the most universal web browser today, you'll have fewer problems by using it for Freebie sites...although using Mozilla Firefox is completely ok!

2. Once IE is open, click "Tools/Internet Options.../General," You will now be at the new tab/window titled "Internet Options," and the tab “General.” Click "Delete Cookies..." and then "OK." Now, Click "Delete Files...," check the "Delete All Offline Content" box, and then click "OK." Now, at the top of the window click the "Privacy" tab. Move the slide bar to "Accept All Cookies" and uncheck the "Block Pop ups" box, click "OK". You have now cleared your browser cache and cookies, enabled all cookies, and disabled your pop-up blocker! If you have any other pop-up blockers and cookies blockers, you need to also disable them!

3. Close all open Internet Explorer (IE) windows, and repeat step # 2. just to double check everything is correct and cleared!

4. Log into your Freebie site account and go to the “offers” web page. On your computer’s Desktop, click "Start/My Computer” and select “C://Documents and Settings/USERNAME/Cookies" (Note: Your local drive might be different, though "C:" is the windows default. Also where USERNAME is, replace it with your actually windows user account name.) The "cookies" folder should be completely empty besides from an "index.dat" file. If it is not, clear your cookies and cache again.

5. Now, click an offer, wait for the offer website page to completely load (the flag at the top right should not be moving, and in the bottom left bar it should say "Done".). Then check the "cookies" folder and there should be one or more cookies/text files there, most likely one or more will have the offers name/site in its title and freebie site's name/title!
***If there are no cookies in the folder, go back/close the offer window and start over from step # 2.*** If there are cookies in the folder, you should get credit for completing the offer, continue on to #6!

6. Complete the offer, and make sure that each web page of the offer's website loads completely! And for good measure, let the offer window stay open for a few minutes before you close it.

Sometimes "image" take a while to load since they are communicating with third parties (the advertiser, etc.). It is EXTREMELY important that you make sure the "completion/confirmation web page" loads fully, since it’s the one that contains the "image" file!

7. Many site owners say that it is not necessary to clear your cookies in between each offer if you are staying on the same site. I would recommend clearing your cookies before each visit to any site...for instance you need to do three offers, and you did one today, had to leave and then plan to complete the others tomorrow...clear cookies before you sign up today, and then again before you log in to the freebie site tomorrow. But you dont have to do that if you are going to complete all the offers in one sitting. Make sure to remember to let each page load fully, and let the offer window stay open for at least 5 minutes before you close it and move onto the next offer. By the end of the day you'll have your 401 trades. When that happens I EXPECT a PM informing me of the change in your advertising line about the number of people who can't be wrong!

Just in case you try to claim that it wasn't me who helped get you to the 400 mark, I printed everything that shows your record at 400, from your rating profile page, to my rating profile page, and to your main profile page (the one with the picture of that prescious little girl), they all show you at 400! So there!!!

This is exciting stuff, Seffie, especially making all those trades with a super positive rating all the way through.

When I wrote feed back for you on this last trade, I had to go back and remove spaces between some words because the system wouldn't allow me the space I needed.

At any rate, CONGRATULATIONS!!! again! And thank you for all your help, not the least of which is getting me out of the pits when I was sick and tired of making so many offers that wouldn't credit me. I think you really kept me from giving up. You showed me that this freebie thing can work and be FUN while you do it. I've had a ball working with you. That's one reason why I printed those pages. I take too much credit. You were the one who made the journey to 400. I was just lucky enough to participate in the 400th.
