Ken's post was full of vital info and thanks for that Ken. But I must agree that to adivse new traders to only deal with traders who have the higher TRs is self defeating not only for traders with the lower TRs but everybody here. If new traders only dealt with the most seasoned traders here then when those new traders moved to Method 2, if nobody chooses to deal with them then I suppose eventually they will drop off the rolls here at FLR ultimately leaving only a group of traders with higher TRs to enjoy one another's company.....get my point?

Have to absolutely agree with both of you here!! Stating only higher trs for use is...in my humble opinion, totally self-promotional and does defeat a huge purpose...giving our referrals/new folks the ability to look around, read what folks say and how they help or whatever and THEN selecting someone to work on, not solely based on tr! Sure, it's always going to be part of the equation and seriously? I would NEVER suggest someone new try trading with someone under double digits, but that's just me and I base that strictly off of what I read in the forum and the questions that are asked...and the trs that ask them:)

MANY "junior" tr traders have their heads on quite well and have been particularly impressed with quite a few of these as they give solid, positive responses, use logic and apply compassion...something that may not always be a part of a "higher" tr's reply:)

Now, a quick word in response to greenman's ending statement...lol....as it totally proves my point:) Oft times, "junior" traders...in hopes of getting on a band wagon of sorts, will do just that...NOT really read something and then applaud it...name association with a higher tr AND a place they're hoping new folks will see them:) There is, however, nothing wrong with that ability to advertise as it's just another one of the many great tools provided by our fabulous forum...it DOES take all kinds to make up our humble community you did an excellent job of allowing that to happen:)

Any of my statements here are not to detract from ksarner's writing...it is a pleasant write, does carry some very nice points yet so do green and star:) It's all good...if'n we let it be, eh?

We all started from somewhere and I thank all people that thought I was hones enough to trade with. Someone has to give us with lowtr a chance or how will we grow? You can read my feedback and see I am honest and easy to work with, but at one time I started out at zero. There has to be some risk in working with us newbies or there will not be a freebie trade.
