Activate your Body while you Activate your Credits!!!

Hello fellow FLR traders. I am fairly new at the FLR but I wanted to share some observations based on my recent experiences...FLR is addicting and it is important not to allow our bodies to become stagnant while sitting at the screen for hours on end. I have been incorporating a few things that work hand in hand to help my patience, while also initiating some healthy physical movement. Here they are:
1) I use a timer while waiting for my credits to fully load and the cookies to accumulate (or whatever it is they are doing).
2) Set the timer for 5-10 minutes (I am going to begin doing a full 10 minutes, since I have already lost a couple of credits because I think I was impatient at 5minutes). By the way...if you don't have one of these kitchen timers -- you can find a cheap one the next time you are at the dollar store!
3) I get extremely "antsy" while waiting for these credits to complete and this is why I am tempted to shorten the wait (so I can get to the next thing). Instead of potentially losing a credit because of impatience...get up out of the chair -- stretch and move around while your timer is ticking away. Nothing fancy or athletic (unless of course you want to do that), but just get that blood flowing and the muscles moving.

This is just a simple thing that I am trying to adopt as a new and good habit. I am also doing myself a favor by reducing the possibility of losing the credit that I just worked so hard to earn.

Also -- I don't know about anyone else...but I get fairly anxious when I begin to do an offer. I don't know why, but it takes a bit of getting use to, since I always worry that I will do something wrong and go red. Take some of this time while waiting to breathe deeply and naturally, to allow the stress to diminish and your body to readjust back to a normal rhythm.

Hope this is helpful for anyone not doing something like this already and also for anyone who does, but may have gotten out of the habit.

Well, I appreciate it because since I have been working Method 2, I notice a lot of times I have to remind people to let the confirmation page stay up for at least 10 minutes. Many people get so anxious to go green, they don't see that by starting another offer, it will often overwrite the confirmation page from the previous offer too soon. I think, rather than the technique, the reason for it is the key.

All of us must find our way to keep our chances of greening to a maximum, while keeping our anxiety to a minimum. Guidelines are good!

:)

Unfortunately, so do I...lol. And my bathroom scale shows it! I think that green4phoenix's ideas would be healthier for me...:)
