I have tried to follow the steps given and nothing happens. I am doing this off my laptop but that should not matter. I can't seem to get the image to show up in microsoft paint. Can anyone help me here? Please.

what type of computer is it? I know I have a tool on mine that I find by going to start menu>>>accessories and it is called the snipping tool, and it will take a screenshot of my prize. It is a really simple way to do it. Look to see if you have this program. I hope this helps!!

Hi Dora, part of the problem is I go into paypal and click on details then I hit the PrtSc button and minimize the window. Then open up microsoft paint and right click for my image. There is nothing that comes up. I am so confused here. This should be so easy..

I understand, I have a laptop as well!! I don't even have the printscreen button on my laptop. So the snipping tool works wonders for me!! I don't know how to take a screenshot any other way. I hope someone can help you figure out what the problem is. I wish I could help more!! Good luck!!

Perhaps when you are in pain you need to go to "edit" and then look for an option to paste as new image or something like that. I'm not all that familiar with MS paint but that might help you out.

Or, you might have one of the PrtSc buttons that also performs another function so perhaps you need to hold shift when you press it in order for it to make the screen capture.

I always hold the Ctrl key and press the letter V to paste into paint and it always works. When you right click in Paint nothing happens on mine.

Hey, after you right click in paint, then go up and click on edit at the top then click on paste, and it will appear.
