This is very good to know. It doesn't hurt to take extra precautions.

True!
I never knew how to dispute a green so I put it as goods not services and thats exactly what paypal said to me that it cannot be investigated due to its tangible goods.
I told them that I meant service but they said sorry cannot go any further into this dispute in your favor

I was not happy cause I lost $40 and another $60
So I learn from my mistakes not to pay in advance even if they say they are Elite Traders/legends lol

Hmm....excuse me but I am a bit confused as to why you would send a site money in order to get referrals?

That said...you may request funds returned anytime you have sent them and it is going to be up to the proof you provide AND the whim of paypal as to whether or not you're idea of "not happy" meets a criteria that allows a refund:)

Oops...sorry...time frame. Immediately upon realizing it ain't good is an excellent idea and am confident the longer you have gone without requesting a refund also comes into play with paypal's determination.

Re: How to send money via Paypal (and make sure you can win a dispute!) (UPDATED 2/13

This Thread helped me win my very first dispute with paypal. Thanks a bunch as I had entered the trade details into the paypal comments section. Lol, I had to refer back to this thread today to remember what to write cuz it had been awhile since I sent a payment out.
