Trading System Tutorial

Welcome, welcome, welcome. It's finally here. Read it all and read it well.

All of your trades will start with a general agreement via PM or through a trade thread.

There are two ways to create a trade in the Trade Manager. One way is clicking on the name of a user and selecting the "Propose Trade". The other way to do it is through the Trade Manager by going to the top and then selecting "Create Trade" from the top menu.



From there you will get a bunch of text boxes to enter in the trade information.



Trade with: This is where you enter in the username of the person you are trading with. The username must be exact in spelling (it isn't case sensitive) or else it won't be accepted.

I send: This is where you enter in what you (the creator of the trade) will send to the other user involved in the trade.

I receive: This is where you will enter in what you will receive from the trade.

Notes: Enter here any details of the trade, including timelines, when the payment will be sent and other such details. There will be another place where you'll be able to enter PayPal emails and referral links.

After that click "Submit" to create the trade.

From here the trade will go to the other user’s Confirm Trade tab to Confirm or Reject the request.





The next step in the process would be for each member to complete their end of the deal. If you go back to the Trade Manager you’ll see the current trade under the category of “Trades Awaiting Completion”. Then if you click on the “Info” link of the trade in the far right column, this menu will show up.



Here you can see all of the details of the trade. In the “Comments” text box you can enter in referral links, PayPal email address and other bits of information that is shared between you and the other member involved in the trade.

Now the users will complete their end of the deal based on the conditions of the trade when the trade was set up (see Info link in the Trader Manager to go back to see what the details of the trade). When the other member in the trade completes their end of the deal the member that received their end of the deal will go to the "Complete Trade" tab in the Trade Manager.



From there the user will select the "Received" button to confirm they've received what they were supposed to from the trade.



In the event that one user is not holding up to their end of the deal, the user that hasn't received their end of the deal can click the "Create a Dispute" button and a notice will go to an administrator who will see the trade and why it is being disputed.

Lastly, once both members have confirmed they've received their end of the deal by using the Complete Trade tab. There will be a link to Leave Feedback by going to the Trade Manager



From there click Leave Feedback and it will bring you to this page:



You were the: Indicate here using the dropdown menu what role you played in the trade by selecting Buyer (Paying for referral), Seller (Completing offer), or Trader (Green for Green).

Overall experience: Based on how your experience with trading with this user went give a rating of either +1 (positive), 0 (neutral) or -1 (negative). Please take careful consideration on your decision when giving a rating out.

A short comment: This comment will be seen to all users who view the other user in the trade's public profile. Use this space to write what you thought of the trade and how the user's communication, timeliness and overall interaction was like.

Additional comments: This will only be seen by the other user and administration.

Once both users have entered their feedback the statistics of what each entered will show up in the user's public profile.
