How long has it been?

Have you PMd them to see if they are still interested? If you have and have not heard back and you just want to clear the trades out of your TM, just go to Confirm Trades link at top of TM and hit the cancel buttons by the trades.

About all you can do is send them a friendly reminder via PM and/or visitor message and hope they return. I too am in the same perdicament right now with 4 trades unconfirmed. So sad.....

This is great info. It answered one of the questions I had before I could even ask it. I see that reading these tutorials is the first thing to do before I start trying to do any trades.

Yes you are so right. Most of us will suggest read read and then read some more. There is a wealth of information in here. If you cant find an answer just ask questions, everyone is always great to help fellow traders. Good luck to you and have fun.

Whelp, this is a pretty good thread to keep up top so might as well:)

Also...did I just miss it or did it say somewhere that some of the main reasons for going red are using a duplicate ip, misinforming an offer of something/using invalid info & using an aol account without sending a support ticket to let the site know you're not using aol for an isp...mentioning this only as folks don't seem to realize that even when you're positive you've given the right stuff and all is good, these lil flags will still pop up once a trader goes for approval.

lol...I've seen these several times thus far and yet with only one exception (one of our newer traders didn't feel the need to correct the issue but did refund:)), all have been easily corrected...that's another thing - don't panic - usually all is required is sending the site a copy of a photo id and sometimes a utility bill or getting with the offer company & correcting whatever oversight and poof...back to green:)

I fully understand the need for many to go with paying on approval, though...it alleviates the ouch in cash flow and covers ass-ets for the trader. Yet, new folks...don't let that sway you from using a trader if they feel comfy to you...it may just be worth the weight in good advice and training:) Good luck!

this was a very good thread. i'm glad you did clarify some of these things. when i first started i had no idea what the difference was. and now that i'm paying for greens i'm g;ad this is here for others to understand. great job!!!!
