I gotta say I see capital letters and comments to read the rules and have to say, I"ve read em, read em read em and read em again, its more than frustrating when its so hard to wrap your head around this stuff. Now, honestly I personally feel so frustrated by the number of sights I have signed up for, trying to complete referrals and am only now realizing I don't have to pay out right away to get referrals, but it seems to be an expectation of many. I know quite honestly I thought it was when my part of the bargain, my completing an offer was done that I went green and get paid and when I need to pay others. Sorry if I am one of the many who have obviously frustrated you all.

Just to clarify, since I've seen some confusion, in order to go green for someone, all you need to do is complete your offer requirements after you've signed up under their referral link. You DO NOT need to complete there referral requirements.

You can earn money all three ways, people being in a hurry for quick cash and wanting money right now need to realize we are not rich, we have to live on this money most of us and you can create income for yourself every week by trading with people that pay either way.

Only accepting trades for cash on green is causing discouragement and frustration and we need the new folks to stick around don't we.

My advise to work for all three types of payments and you will have regular income and you can spread your greens around and be fair to the rest of us, causing less competiton for your green. I will not pay anyone will less than 4 TR on green, you can't come in here and expect us to pay you when we don't know who you are or if you are respecting the rules and going to stick around or go red, we are here to make money not throw it away.

I am getting really frustrated myself with people who don't read first and then ask for help and I give it and they waste my time when I could have been trading with a serious person.

I had someone go red for the same reason and he refunded the money, the site did not let him fix it, it was a violation of terms of service, he didn't read them so he didn't know that he couldnt use AOL, he did refund the money though, I would suggest you do the same and if the site lets you correct it, he or she can repay you if they wanted to.

This may seem like a basic question, but after you have completed an offer from a referral, does that person then get a message from the site letting them know you've completed it or would I need to contact them and tell them I completed it? Then how do I let people with offers know how many offers I've completed so they will know I'm "experienced" (when I get to that point)? I can understand that having some credibility will help people trust you more and you'll get more/better offers then. Thanks for all the good info on this forum.

to allykat, the trader will be able to see it on their side as well once you are green. seeing as all trades are set up in the trade setup forum you would just need to post it in your thread with this person that you are now green and then maybe even send them a pm to let them know....unless of course they tell you first .
as for when you get your 'feedback rating' there is MzTammy how works her butt off getting those points granted but it's a lot of work so it won't be instant but you will get it :)
