No apology necessary, I know you just misunderstood...things have changed a lot and I'd like to know how it's easier to get refs now for newer ppl. And FLR doesn't have any mentors...what mentors? Thanks for the hopefull thinking about my next sticky too

When I had my sticky, I had a TR of 17. After my sticky, it went up to 70+. That's the volume that I got, being a relatively new trader. I worked my butt off during mine, and was even passing people that I couldn't spend enough time on off to others to work with. I can't explain it; my trade thread is still the same as what it was. I finished up trades for a couple of weeks after as well. I guess what I am saying is I'm grateful for the opportunity, cause I didn't know everything when I did mine (I thought I did), but I learned an awful lot fairly quickly and it's made me into a stronger trader. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

That is good that you learned a lot from it. I think I know enough but don't have anybody to pass it on too! Ok I got a few ppl but there is a trader trying to take it that away from me too!

Not saying names though :)

Couldn't of said it better myself, it takes a lot of time to walk the new traders through the process. You have to make sure they have what they need for every part of the transaction. from tutorials to how to leave feedback. I just finished up with my first sticky and it was crazy! Still have deals working days after.

This is a terrific thread. I was thinking of doing a sticky on this next go round but I don't think I am ready for it. I need to get some canned messages together for sure. I think I also need to check out tutorials so I can make sure to send new traders to the really good ones. I guess I also need to be ready to spend the majority of my time online ready to help people. Maybe I will wait until the next go round. I really want to be properly prepared. Thanks for this thread because it really is helpful.
