Before ya do their offer do know that many have had problems with them charging their card either before the free trial is complete or even after the user cancelled their trial. I myself had problems with them but as I keep accurate records of my communications, they had no choice but to reimburse me the money. It was just a hassle to deal with and it took a week so a little pre-warning for all. Their product is ok, but for half the price I could get a just as good a kit at wal-mart so I declined to continue with the program. But the poor experience there definately did not raise their kudos points with me as far as I'm concerned.

:o Thanks for the warning. I almost filled out an offer for them last night. So happy I changed my mind. I am also going thru a hassle with one offer who is still charging my credit card even though I don't have the product anymore. I think I will start using a gift card for offers from now on.

*HITS HEAD AGAINST WALL REPEATEDLY* Oh man how I wish I'd read this about a week ago! I've been trying to contact these people for DAYS to cancel my account, and they haven't responded. I'm getting really pissed off.

i called early in the morinin my time and i got through and cancelled my mebership swiftly.. i just told em the truth i have sensitive teeth and this stuff made it worse..also make sure when you cancel that you get a cancellation # if they have one and tell them ok, make sure not to send out and recharge me. they havent yet..maybe its just me

Guys....let's not be talking about canceling.....I realize the situation, but refrain from the cancel discussion on the forum.
