There was an announcement from the site owner saying the medical billing offer is revoking credits now for no good reason- sounds like a scam all around. That network owner removed the offers so good for them.

Two months ago I signed up for medical billing. My partner (life, not business :), who makes calls, canceled the offer, but then saw the $300 charge on the Visa checkcard. She called them back and Shantell said that the offer had not been canceled, and that the confirmation number wasn't valid. My partner talked to Shantell's manager and the manager said that she was only able to discount it down to $150.00 (since it was now past the trial date) and then closed the account (with a new confirmation number). My partner felt horrible, like she had dropped the ball on this one. She had the charge put on a cc instead because there wasn't enough money in the Visa check card. Two months later, I see two $99 charges on the Visa check card from two differently named companies, both in Utah. I called the bank and they said that they were both listed as schools. They instructed me to call the numbers, one which didn't work and the other which was an answering machine that didn't say the name of the company. It seemed so fishy, so I called the bank and had them mark it down as fraud. My partner is on the phone with the bank right now for the cc because after reading this, it's obvious that she was lied to and swindled. We were able to get the money back for the two $99 charges, but I'm not sure about the $150 because since my partner talked to the people on the phone and gave verbal authorization to charge the card and because of that she can't talk to the cc fraud department. We'll see what happens.

I ordered FFAO for my husband on April 11 using his credit card. Then 3 days later I canceled it, and he didn't have any changes on his credit card until August. But then this company suddenly billed his cc twice for $99.99 in August. You can imagine how mad my husband was! He called to fraud department of the bank and canceled this credit card. I was able to speak to the customer service today and they promised to refund those two charges of $99.99. Their phone number is 877-216-0117.

sure enough today i get a $57 charge, i'm closing this card today! this is 2 months after they refunded my money and told me i wouldn't be charged again!

They refunded only one charge of $99.99 and we are fighting for another $99.99 to get back. Customer service is very rude and hang up the phone every time instead of civilized conversation.
