and write a report on your bad experiences with this company, so others will know to stay away.

Have you been charged the 9.95 or the full price?? They charge the 9.95 in advance but if they charge you full price before you even get the product I would contact them...good luck getting someone on the phone though - but you can have a "nice" chat with Mary Ann lol

That is the thing. I did receive an email saying it shipped, then the next day I got a phone call saying they were out of stock and that was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything since.

This is ridiculous! I can't believe how rude she was to you, ATLgreens! Omaraljamal too. Not professional at all. I called and left a message and emailed them days ago and haven't even gotten a response. I'm going to call my bank and dispute the charge tomorrow morning. They'll have to send me a new debit card, which means no trading until I get it. What a hassle!
