I am sorry for all those who are having problems with this product. Here is an email I received when I canceled my order....it explains quite well how to cancel...I just wanted to pass it on.....
Dear Jodi, We do not cancel orders from phone messages or by email; also we do not cancel orders for customers. For security reasons, when you agreed to the terms and conditions for the risk free trial offer, the email address [cancelorder@pyurwater.info] is there to cancel your recurring order. You must cancel your order yourself. If your password does not work, at the login click on Forgot Password and a new one will be sent to your email [1.] follow the instructions from the email response you receive. [2.] Go to Pyur Nano Nutrition , after you login with your email address and password that you created when you registered. [3.] Go my account tab, [4.] select order history tab, and then [5.] click on your recurring order, [6.] there is a big glossy blue button with black letters that has Cancel Recurring Order. You can only cancel future orders. All sales are final. We cannot accept any returned Pyur Water product. These products are manufactured in a clean sanitary area. These products are to be treated the same as if you went to the pharmacy, picked up your prescription and left the pharmacy. Once you leave the store with your prescription you cannot return it. Prescription medications are a non- returnable item and so are Pyur Water products. Thank you for understanding of Pyur Water’s policy for returns and cancelations. Well this just stinks! I called my bank and they said they can't file a dispute until I send the product back. And according to Pebbles70, they don't accept returned products. What am I supposed to do?! Is it even worth is to spend MORE money to ship the stuff back and hope that I get my money back? Very frustrating.
I canceled my recurring orders online last night, but I was never told to do that by Pyurwater. In their terms, it states "You can cancel at any time during the ten day trial period by contacting customer service at CancelOrder@PyurWater.info with no further obligations." So that's what I did. And, like everyone else, I got an email back saying that they got my order and would follow my instructions ASAP. Sounds like it was canceled, right?? I guess not. I filed a Ripoff Report and I suggest others do the same. Sorry that this happened to everyone.

I checked them out with the BBB. Rating of C-...but that is sure to go down as I have filed a claim against them siting customer service and billing issues. LaurenK, you might try submitting a claim for a refund through them...it's no guarantee, but at least worth a try. They are under the West Palm Beach, FL district:

I disputed my charge with my bank, I have no problem sending it back with delivery confirmation and such to prove they got - if they want to take is up to them ... I followed their terms of Service but they can not follow simple instructions so the problem will be on them...

Their TOS are conflicting with what they say:

Did you call and check with them? Since they say you need return RMA... Just call and ask briefly which address do they accept damaged goods or returns...don't tell them why you are returning it...and get delivery confirmation and possible signature to be safe

I have not been able to reach them by phone but I have sent two emails about not receiving Mobility and have not received one response. I was charged shipping, however. I guess I am just out the $9.95???>>>
