It's still a little early to assume that this won't credit you. Why not give it a few more days just to see it the credit rolls through? The 28th was Friday, and this is only Monday. In my experience, most of my delayed credits have happened when I completed them on a Friday (especially at night). Friday seems to be one of the busiest days around here and there's also the fact that some offers seem to not process anything during non-business hours (weekends).

Emusic - instant when I downloaded software
Allure Patch - Instant
Shoebuy - 30 mins

(everytime I say instant, btw, I mean as soon as my 10 mins were up and I closed confirmation page)

i just did emusic, it said instant but actually took about 40 mins
lemme tell ya, i was sweating it out (nervous) but i just kept downloading the tunes! then dun dad dada credit yaaaayyyy
now i'm wondering if it really had to to with downloading their download manager?
because i declined it at first, then a little later when i saw that the songs weren't downloading, i got it, then shortly after i got credit... hmmm....
