"How many credits to green on V-bux sites?" (Updated 11-16-18)

This is a question that all of us who trade V-Bux sites get asked and I get it asked with quite a large frequency during my new support role for the network. I want to answer that question as best I can.

Technically, V-bux sites are all 1 credit, but this can cause a bit of confusion when traders advertise all V-bux sites, including Highrollers as 1 credit. This can do more harm than good, as people think they'll be getting $80-$90 for a "1 credit site" when other people are only offering $25 for a "1 credit site," see the extra work involved, and then get disillusioned with freebie trading and decide to not give it a chance.

V-Bux is unique in that it uses a weighted percentage method of crediting. Instead of each offer being assigned a specific credit amount (1/4, 1/3, 1/2, etc) each offer is assigned a percentage amount of a total credit. You have to do enough offers to get 100% of that credit. Make sense?

The percentage amount that an offer is worth changes on each V-bux site, getting smaller with higher payouts. An offer that is worth 70% on logitech.v-bux (with a payout of $60) is only worth 35% on highrollers.v-bux (with a payout of $120) To see how much each offer is worth on which site, click here.

Why does V-bux use this percentage system and not the credit system found at other sites? Because the script is unique to V-bux! All sites you encounter with a credit system of needing a certain number of credits use several variations of the same scripts. V-bux wanted to be different, so we use our own unique script that gives our users credit over 97% of the time, with that number going up all the time!

That being said, what's the simplest way to compare V-bux's system to the other crediting system, so you and your referrals know what you're getting into? By looking at the payout values of V-bux compared to other networks.

Here is the payout, and approximate credits (so you can classify them

quickerneasier.v-bux.com ($20/referral) - .5 credits

food.v-bux.com ($25/referral) - .5 credits

quickneasy.v-bux.com ($40/referral) - 1 credit

mydoor.v-bux.com ($50/referral) - 1 credit

logitech.v-bux.com ($60/referral) - 1 to 1.5 credits

myoffice.v-bux.com ($75/referral) - 1.5 to 2.0 credits

apple.v-bux.com ($80/referral) - 1.5 to 2.0 credits

bose.v-bux.com ($80/referral) - 1.5 to 2.0 credits

gifts.v-bux.com - DOES NOT OFFER A PAYPAL OPTION but is valued at $80/referral

dell.v-bux.com ($100/referral) - 2.0 credits

sony.v-bux.com ($100/referral) - 2.0 credits

christmas.v-bux.com ($100/referral) - 2.0 credits

highrollers.v-bux.com ($125/referral) - 2.5 to 3.0 credits

Hopefully this helps, when your referrals want to know the difficulty compared to other sites.

This was actually my experience. I was so confused at first. I signed up for a TRAINN site for a friend and then found this forum. When I made my first trade agreement and got paid to do a 1 credit ********** site, I had to do 7 offers to get my 1 credit and all of them were a HUGE hassle. I was so stressed out with all these sites I was giving my personal and credit card info to and then trying to remember who I signed up with, how long the trial was, how to cancel later, etc. And then I didn't even get credit for all the offers I completed and was stressing out that I was gonna have to do more to make up for it. I'm green on that ********** site but haven't even tried to get referrals for it because I feel bad even asking someone to do it. Fortunately I had done a TRAINN site first, so I knew they weren't all that bad.

I'd definitely be in favor of not calling a site "1 credit" if it requires completing multiple offers. It would've made my start a lot more user-friendly.

I am working on HighRollers and I went back and did more offers because I thought some them will not credit. I have put in support tickets on the bidz site and I received my order from them, but no credit yet. I want to get it complete by the end of the month.

Bidz.com reports on a delay - be patient :)
