My three referrals completed their offers on Mydorm.v-bux in the middle of August beginning from 10th, then filed MCRs and support tickets, but got no response, neither credit. For example, a referral with email cantadora08@yahoo.com sent the MCR on 08/17 and support ticket # 5787... and still got no credit. Can someone explain why your guaranteed crediting doesn't work?

Just keep submitting support tickets asking for updates and you should get squared away

I am not surprised to hear this! I have been far from impressed on my limited experiences with V-bux! Hope your refs get their credit Victoria!!

Sounds like it's time to speak directly with Jon, either via email, pm, im or all of the above, if this has not been updated and there was resolve.

Go to the source. We on this forum can respond, say we're sorry and all that (which is a nice thing, don't get me wrong!!) yet that does nothing to help new folks...and if new folks don't move forward, well...nothing else is gonna move, either, eh?

My apologies for the delays in chiming in here. I want to allay any concerns with our guaranteed credits promotion (which has now been extended into September and has been, bluntly put, a massive success).

We are granting credits per the schedule detailed in the promotion thread - All legitimate, complete MCRs will be approved within 48 hours. Should you or a referral not receive approval after 48 hours, there are three possible reasons why: 1. The MCR was forged / fraudulent (we work directly with several advertiser on an automated basis to verify MCR legitimacy) 2. The MCR was incompletely filed (confirmation emails WITH full headers are a must) 3. (Very rare, but still a possibility) The offer you submitted an MCR for is prone to fraud, and, as a stopgap measure, we're awaiting direct approval of the MCR from the advertiser (which generally occurs within the initial 48 hours following submission, but may take as long as 5 business days). Thus far, we've only had to employ this measure for two offers.

To date, we've approved $40,000 worth of MCRs as a gesture of support and good faith to our users. Our MCR promotion is just another reason why users make more money and find more success on V-Bux than on any other site in the industry.
