I might can shed some lite, hope she doesn't mind. Perhaps her referrer is long gone, or she cannot complete the site, or things along that line. I have had refs sign up under me that could not complete the site for me, so I advised them to ask the site admin to disconnect them from me and give them a free green. Looks like this mite be better addressed in a support ticket??
