Well, I'm confused...been bragging on how wonderful I thought the site (bigcashout.wish4free) was and pushing folks over there but now we've got a backlog and not quite sure where to start! These same people have greened on other sites with no problem but almost all are sitting at 50%...one from 3/18 and understand she's not gotten satisfaction from support ticket...?

Ok, guys...this is the same ...stuff...that happened to me when I was a ref for the site and was under the impression things had gotten better (gmario)...so, where do I start with this mess? Yes, it's costing me refs...or I'd never post it here.

Unhappy please help!!!!

i signed up with the wishforfree site about a week ago. i was able to complete the offers and refer a friend back to the site. just as i was about to be paid i was put on hold! the mesege stated that i was using the same ip adress as another member which is impossible because i am the only person who uses this computer to complete offers on sites such as this one. i am rather new to this and i need someone to tell me how i can resolve this problem ( i was refered to the site by a freelunchroom member so he doesn't get credit for the referal untill i resolve this issue.) please help! somebody? I have a problem with the site awarding me my prize offer. They're saying my referral used my IP.. I had two referrals, my mistake the first time, I let my neighbor use my computer and didn't read the TOS agreement. First account was put on hold, I can understand that. My 2nd referral lives far from me and now Admin is still saying the 2nd referral also used my computer. If they check the IP addresses, they will see clearly we used different IP. Now my account is on hold. please advise!

Angry Super Pissed!!!!

it has been OVER two weeks since i got put on hold and no one has contacted me about what i should do. i have opened support tickets, sent e-mails even tracked you down on yahoo and still no answer? you havn't even read my support ticket! what are you a scam artist? get ppl to sign up complete offers, collect your money and put them on hold so you don't have to pay them or the person who refered them? i really think thats what going on here. you not just screwing me over but the person who refered me as well. im tired of being nice, i just what to get paid! i NEED the money! i have two kids and ALOT OF BILLS not to mention NO FOOD IN MY HOUSE!!!!every little bit counts. and im afraid to complete any more offers because of your site.

Hi, read your previous post and this one. I totally understand your frustration!! I am right where you are with this site. How did you get ahold of the owner, Mario? I tried to IM him on AIM but he wasn't online. I have done five offers and have credited for only two and this was way back in March!! I just did another offer....hoping I might credit. So far nothing.

trying (vainly) to contact wish4free.com support

Hi! I have been teying for a few days now to contact wish4free.com. I have tried support@wish4free.com I have tried the phone number we're given, I couldn't try IM, because you were offline (I can respect that). I went to FLR boards and started asking questions about how to contact wish4free. I
started getting all kinds of answers, most of which I'd already tried. But I did get one I hadn't tried, so I tried it, a link for support staff, and got another dead end. So, I searched around until I found a way to email support staff. Now, for my issue;
I happened upon rockout.wish4free.com and saw the guitars and amps. I hollered for my hubby to come look and he really like the Marshall half stack. I know it would take me a whie to be able to work my way to it, but I'd like to get it for him. So, I went to sign up for the site, and it said my email addy had already been registered. I do not remember having ever signed up on any of the wish4free sites, but I went ahead and and tried going in as an existing user, then it came back and said my password was incorrect. No way! I use the same email addy and password! So, I finally gave up and hit 'forgot password'. So, I got a link to reset passowrd. The link does not work! It only takes me to an "Oops! page" over and over again. I use Internet Explorer, and no, I am not going to change to FireFox or Mozilla. So, now what am I going to do? I really need to get this straightened out on the wish4free sites. Is there something we can do to get this fixed? I would not have used any other email addy or password and cannot use another email addy, that would be fraud. Help, please?

I'm having problems with crediting from treasurypaypal.wish4free. I have been waiting for weeks for a few offers to credit and I haven't received any credit (received the products though ). Funny thing is, I have done a couple offers since and those have gone through just fine. I'm definitely doing everything right. Can you help??
