i have had problem getting credit from bigcash.zipnadazilch.com twice . my first time was getting credit from kings.com. i didn't get even Confirmation E-Mail from them and i paied almost $30 to get the credit. i sent them a proof of becoming a member and the paypal receipt of $29.88 to midasplayer.com (which is the different name of kings.com on paypal i believe. if you click on midasplayer.com it'll directly go to kings.com). so after filing out the credit request, they replyed to me i need more proof of becoming the paied member, but i didn't get any email from kings.com to proove them i am a paied member so i contact kings.com but no answer from them. so i filled a claim to paypal to get my $30 back.

the 2nd time was from FRS energy drink. the minimum purchase amount to get the credit was $19 so i made the order and still didn't get any Confirmation E-Mail from them againe.(this time i didn't even get a order confirmation from FRS site as well). i thought maybe my order didn't go through so i went to frs.com to see if my order was made and guess what. i did make an order and on the bottom is the copy of my order sheet from frs site. so i'm pretty much screwed because i don't have the e-mail headers to fill a credit request and i believe this is the only way to get a hold of "customer support" people.

Have you checked your junk/spam mail? Seems odd that you aren't getting confirmations from offers.

yes i have and nothing there. i did get credit to do a .5 credit, but after that all i have is problems. i have spent $50 so far and still didn't get and credits.

I'm sure you know the drill, but are you clearing cookies? allowing popups? accepting all cookies? In my experience with ZNZ, I have no issues with crediting. Have you played games on the king.com site yet?

the answer to all is yes. i do make sure to have everything right. when i want to complete offer the znz will redirect me to that site.

Are you using a paypal credit/debit card? or a prepaid card?

Folks..............we need to really, truly FOLLOW THE TERMS OF SERVICE ON BOTH THE SITES WE WORK AND THE OFFERS WE DO!!!

Paypal is NOT acceptable to do offers and I don't care who says it's worked for them, if it is a violation of the site you work OR the offer you do, then it is fraud:)

Now, when we do not receive an email confirmation...which DOES happen...we simply, calmly call or contact the offer company and withOUT stating we're doing freebie trading (which they would NOT understand!)...and ask them if it is possible to get a welcome email that has our signup stuff in it:)

Many won't, many will...luck of the draw but there's been plenty of us who have gone that route and worked our mcrs and moved on...when we're sure we've not violated any rules, it's a very viable option and may save burning an offer down the road:)
