I see the free greens from both perspectives...so it is a hard decision I know. I have received many free greens and am using them and love them ...probably more so than the ones I earned. However...I am sure that the giving of free greens keeps a lot of people from actually working the sites they would like to have.

Get rid of free greens and only offer them every once in awhile. Then make it so you can cash out on cash Money Bonanzas with just one ref instead of 3...

We always allow for one referral cashout. The removal of the greens would be to make sure my members aren't losing too much money.

We are not at that stage of the company yet. I am not sure if we will ever move to instant. Soon I want to change the payout dates to make it easier for people to get payments and add another payout date. Also keep in mind, most of the sites that payout do not take care of the fees and we do. We make sure nobody gets charged for the payments. That is just one more cost we eat for our members.
