I dont use your site ...but I'm sure i will get around to it at some point...always like the idea of an open honest owner. I have to say that I am totally against free greens except for the opening of a site for like a day or two...after that...its just kind of hindering. For example I know a site that gave away a few greens out in the beginning to get a few people using the site but then those few started doing well with it and other vets saw and wanted to do the site so they started greening it too on green for greens and it turned out to be good that he didnt just give away a bunch of free greens. I actually looked for someone to green it under!

Also I know in the beginning you do all these offers and getting a free green seems so awesome...well I have about ten sites that i have never used that i collected a green on in the beginning and would now actually go green on it if i didnt allready have it. When times are slow for finding reffs greening for another green is a great way to keep going along and if you collect free greens everywhere then you lose that option. Take the ones you really really know you want do use...leave the rest...keep them as a site that you may eventually do...lol.

So back to this site...I say no free greens...if my opinion counts. And oh to answer a question that was brought up..."why green a site if you can get the green for free?"...well i do it because when i green a site i stand to make between $15-$50 or get something i wanted anyway as in an offer and i get the green...greening it is so much better than taking the free way out!!! But there is always an exception to the rule...lol!

First off your everyone opinion counts here. I am strongly moving toward getting rid of free greens on my site. Also if someone did get a free green (from me at least) and wanted to do offers for someone I would revoke the green and allow them to. I have so many programs that free greens should not take away from the new members. My huge concern is always my existing members and their happiness. I hope you do get a chance to use my site because I feel you will enjoy it. Thanks for putting your input in my thread and you are always welcomed.

Its actually not a time factor. Payments are easy but there is alot that goes into instant payments. If we go to instant payments I want to make sure we are able to keep them. We are still growing and I want to grow the site correctly and smoothly.

I would think it is a lt like trading, you have to have the extra in paypal to make sure you can pay all of your referals before you can pay on green. I am sure the people on your site dont pay you the second people submit their order for their offer so Until you have a really strong base, Which seems to be getting stronger eveyday, it would hard to promise that so soon after your opening. Is that about right? You are starting a business, building it is always the first step.

You are exactly right, all the accounts I work with pay once a month. E.g. if a person goes green on the 2nd of the month we pay for that referral on the 12th (if the person cashes out on that cashout date). Even though we have paid for the referral we do not see payment for that person until the 30th of the next month. I am working on adding an additional payout date but I want to make sure that when I make a promise to my members that I can keep in 100%. Also I do not want to make a mistake some sites have and then problems build. If you read around you will see some members complain about not getting paid and so on. That is a result of building too quickly and not thinking about what is the best interest of the site. My main concern is my members but if I make a bad site decision some how my members will suffer. Also instant payments can easily take away from great bonuses I give out like the bonanza bucks or the saving account bonus. I am trying not only to make this the most fun site but the strongest. As we grow you will see things that are greater than instant payouts. Most of my payouts I have added a bonus to my member which I think is a great thing. I remember when I was a trader there was nothing better than getting more than you cashed out for. Which is another reason I pay for the fees. I use to hate cashing out 120 and seeint like 118.23. These moves might seem small by themselves but when you add up everything these are some things that no site does all together. As of right now the instant payment is the only thing we do not do that the other sites do for their members, but at the same time I do not feel that this hurts our members. I have even conisdered making payout days the 1st, 12th and 24th of every month. I feel that kind of schedule will put us in the position to be as close to an instant payment schedule without doing any long term damage. Okay I will stop typing since I am long winded. Hope this helps a little on the topic.

The things that you DO for us is really amazing!!! I LOVED my last cashout! 105 for 2 referals Because of the bonanza bucks!! The customer sevice we get is WAY better than instant payouts!Adding a third date would be great! I am Happy to hear that you are maing sure we DONT have ANY problems like the ones I have read about with other sites!! That is the most imoprtant thing!! I am glad you think of your members first!! You really do have the best site with great incentives!! Thank you for that!! I will do everything I can to make sure that you hit your goals too! With all you do for us it is the least we can do for you!!!
