lol...make your graphic on your computer. Save it as a .gif since it is animated.
Go to a graphic holder (I personally use photobucket and have had great luck). Upload that graphic to that location. Two second process, honest! Then, as Lucky's mentioned, use the "img" tag that's already generated for you to the left of your graphic in that graphic holder. Copy that, then go to your thread (once you've got the rest of your posts, of course:)), and simply paste in that <img></img> tag, remembering to put the closing one in or it won't work...don't add any other characters to it and then when you view in advanced, you should be good to go!
