To post a thread would be the same you just did for here except...click on GO ADVANCE and then you can design it the way you would like. Just give a little intro about you and what sites you are offering and what you are paying. Just remember there are to be NO referral links in your thread-you can have the link for the offers but thats it. Also you can tell what your requirements are for the trade for example, I request you stay in contact through out the trade.
Just look through some of the threads in the Paying for Referrals and get an idea of how you would like to do your thread. I hope this helps?!

well seems you got a good answer here... just wanted to add a bit.... try to make your thread unique a bit so it stands out from the others... some people use themes or lots of pics, but be careful as your actual reason for the thread may become lost on the person viewing it,.... good luck to you.. and happy trading

I would also like to add that PLEASE when you do put up your thread? To not put low ball payouts to the new members... I have just seen a new member with a 0 TR do this and It is sad because new members do not know that the guidlines of payouts is at least 50% of what you receive from your site when receiving your referral...
Also make shure that when you do get those new memebers to trade with you that you understand the process of greening the correct way so you don't make the referrals you work with leave, This is very important to not only give some one a referral link and hope they green but to explain the entire process to them as they are new and have no clue what they should be reaching for to make good money in the business.

yeah, make sure you are ready to teach others before starting,,,can you answer all their questions? Can you explain the greening process? Do you know how to submit MCRs? And so on...
