I'm really happy to see the response I've gotten from everyone to get going on this. Remember this is a community effort so we'll need to succeed together. Yeppers...and this is where it starts! Joining the get it up group is a great start, it's awesome to see such wonderful folks join in...now, how 'bout shooting out ideas...or even, as we tell our referrals...lol...set a goal, make a plan and rock:)

I'd venture to say a great place to start would be....making sure our referrals stay here:) If we show positives, they will feel positives...and I don't know about you, but there's been many a time I've had refs come in from other refs who've mentioned what a great positive experience!! Dunt think this is much different....???

None of the cutthroat...forget the ref races elsewhere...and maybe...just maybe...we can get Glad to rethink in conjunction with his partners....some of the changes over the last few months...in other words, if WE make a difference and it shows...perhaps we'll earn...that reward:) lol...yeah, I know...laugh at me if you want to as I'm gonna remain Pollyanna no matter where I go, but reengineering can bring forth great things and most of them totally unexpected.....just thoughts:) Let's rock!

However...

Inspiration comes from within...each and every one of us that feels the need to make flr the great flr...and in that, ideas need to come forth and teamwork is required:) Tried to get something going in chat the other night...was fun just to chat - have missed that immensely - and at least the trickling of ideas began...so where are the ideas of the countless others here? lol...shouldn't this be looked at as a challenge...to see what such marvelous and innovative folks can do collectively?

Maybe...it's just the down time required for those exceptional spirits to review...and formulate.

I pray that is so...no one person is gonna be able to do this yet with all of us, positive and in the present, looking towards the future...and with Glad's help and guidance (since he is at the helm, so to speak)...whelp, I'm seeing the potential and looking forward to ideas...how about you? :)

It's been a while, but here it is. Long story short, Admin and myself have been busy. That said, I've found some time to put forth to getting FLR moving again.

In the past we've had lots of good ideas, but not much time to put it into action. We know you all have been looking for things to do and what our goal is to take that and use it to everyone's advantage. We're setting up a program (in a general sense of the word) where the FLR community will be the driving factor in the traffic as well as profiting from that work you do to create it. We have a number of tasks we have to complete this goal and rather than putting it all on myself or Admin, you have the opportunity to help out and profit from it. For those interested, we need dedicated individuals who really would like to work with freebie trading through FLR and have the time to put towards this. Send me a PM or IM and I can get you going.

Added note: From now on I'll be the primary contact. Admin is going to have a more limited "technical forum disasters only" type of role so any day to day issues should be directed at me. I'll be on the rest of the night so if you have any more questions IM me on FLR or IM on AIM or Yahoo
