May 22nd Downtime Announcement
Hey Everyone,
Sorry for the long delay with the downtime. Although it was agonizing for everyone, it was nice to see all the threads about how much they missed FLR and all the support I got via AIM. Thanks to everyone that showed us support! I don't want to bore you too much with the technical stuff so let's just say that we ran into unexpected problems. Everything is back to normal now. As for the users that had stickies today and wanted their lost hours back, I'll do one better; we're throwing in an extra day for you guys. Gladiator will be sending PMs out to you guys so just reply back to him and we'll get it taken care of. The PM we got from gladiator said it would be a 'free' day, and it sounded like we would only have to pay $50 for our 3 days, can we also have the option of paying $75 for 4 days? That would be a lot more to my liking as it's really more of an issue to me to lose a day of sticky than to get $25 off my next order if you know what I mean.
