If they are on your friend list, yes. But if they report you for spam then it'll be considered spam as usual. But then again you shouldn't have people that would report you on your friends list to start with so you should be fine.

yeah right...even friends report spam...thats the beauty of the "anonymity"....competetion is fierce...some people even befriend you IN HOPES that they can nail you on that!!!! I would really consider who you pm before you do it!!
