Let's bump this, as I still see users that are promoting banned sites.

Good idea! And since you suggested it, that makes it a legal PM. No one has to worry about getting a warning or ban for that one :-) That's always reassuring.

I hope people aren't still thinking like that?! Spam is an unsolicited message that has intentions of profiting from that user. Sending them a message that they need to do something or giving them a heads up about something shouldn't and has never been considered spam. I think through people assuming and asking other members instead of us, the definition of spam really got confusing for most. Anyways, that's a whole separate issue. Yes, go ahead and send them a PM with a link to this thread or give them a heads up on their visitor message board to clean up their trade thread!

Is all the banning of sites complete? I have cleaned up my thread- and have no more banned sites, but thought I had the other day, then saw a few more. Just want to be sure since I don't want to miss it and get my thread deleted, thanks!

Onna I think the only one in question is trainn sites. Admin and Trainn were talking last I heard and that we can still use them until told otherwise. Glad said if they are not listed in the sub-forums then do not use them here at FLR.

yes that is an entirely different issue and i could seriously go rounds with you on that one. I like seeing this here though... it is how it really should be... FREINDLY... but unfortunately it is not how the rule is written or enforced. I had friends banned for pm'n others about a bingo game (there was no harm/profit to be made for that), i have seen others banned for only offering a suggestion to another with no intent of a trade as well. Any unasked for or unwanted pm is the way it is set up now... maybe after reading this we could adjust the rules? A discussion for another thread though i agree!!!!! (Maybe if you have been here over 30 days then you cant be spammed?...personally i like messages in my inbox even if they are trying to get me involved in something!)

I took all the banned sites out of my thread the other day but i was wondering.... within the networks still allowed and the new ones are there many or any no-cc sites at all in them? Does anyone know without me having to go thru them all?

I have not seen any of the new sites have any no-cc sites. Majority of the new sites are $40 per ref sites.
