Welcome to flr!! I know you will love it here.
A good place to start is in the Paying for Referrals forum.
Choose a reliable trader by looking at their post count (this
shows how active they are on the forum) then look at their
iTR # ( which will give you an idea of the # of successful trades
they have) and then click on their iTR# to view their feedback
from the people they have traded with. These things will give you
a good idea about the trader.
Most importantly take your time.

Next you need to find an experienced trader that you can trust and that will help you with any questions you may have about freebie trading:

Whenever you're ready to begin trading, go to the "Paying for Referrals" section of this forum. Click here you will find all kinds of people ready to pay you for your green!
Be sure to find someone willing to help you through every step of the trade.

I think you'll find most people here are very helpful and friendly. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Remember, that everyone here is more than willing to help you out, all you have to do is ask!
Get familiar with the rules and how things work.
When you are ready, go to the Paying for Referrals section
and find a trader that you are comfortable with!
You can even find a trader by clicking on someones signature!!
Have fun!
Remember to be patient!
Make some new friends!
Get them greens!
