A good place to start is in the Paying for Referrals forum.
Choose a reliable trader by looking at their post count (this
shows how active they are on the forum) then look at their
iTR # ( which will give you an idea of the # of successful trades
they have) and then click on their iTR# to view their feedback
from the people they have traded with. These things will give you
a good idea about the trader.
Most importantly take your time.

Hi Bgunter and welcome!! You are going to love it here!! The best advice that I can give is to walk through the tutorials and become familiar with what this is all about, and understand the rules of trading. There are some really great tutorials that will teach you all you have to know. The people here are really great too. The good traders will walk you through your trade. Take a look around and find someone who you feel comfortable dealing with. (ultimately you will deal with many) Feel free to ask any questions. Good luck in your endeavor. Remember, patience is a virtue!

Welcome to FLR There are wonderful people here! We all want to help, I would love to help but we are not to contact you first (spam). ANYONE that contacts you first is spamming you Look around, read through the forum and find the person YOU want to work with, then go into paying for referals and post a comment in their thread or you can click on their name and send them a message. Your trader will be able to answer all your questions and make sure you get off to a great start. Have a great time!! This place is addicting! Get ready to meet some new friends!
