The best advice that I can give is to walk through the tutorials and become familiar with what this is all about.
You also want to make sure that you understand the rules of the forum. To get started simply take a look around and find someone who you feel comfortable dealing with and send them a private message (PM). Ultimately you will deal with many. You will find the FLR community to be filled with great friendly people who are more than happy to help you get started.
