If you receive any contact or messages that you did not ask for, report it to a moderator or administrator by clicking the in the bottom left hand corner of the Private Message or Post.


From now on FLR will be making fake accounts pretending to be new users and anyone who spams them will be banned immediately. Think twice before spamming. If you are placed on a temp ban for spam, your trade thread will ALSO be locked! There is no reason for your thread to be bumped if your not even here to trade and bump other users that ARE here off page one

Here is a copy of the Spam Rule for anyone who has missed it

Due to the recent reporting of spammers and the magnitude of it, there's a two strike system now in place. The first time you are reported you will serve a temp ban and have an infraction placed on your profile. The second time you get reported you will serve a LONGER temp ban and have a permanent infraction on your profile. The THIRD time your reported for spam you will be permanently banned FLR.

Now to clarify what is and what is NOT considered spam. I will go over as many scenerios as I can to cover all the needs to be covered.


IT IS NOT OK TO PM A NEW MEMBER THAT MAKES A POST IN SOME ONE ELSE'S TRADE THREAD SHOWING INTEREST!!! If they post in YOUR thread then fine, but it is NOT ok to go searching through peoples trade threads and PM newbie that posted there!

Break Room, Lunch Packing, Announcements, Tutorials, and the rest of the forum that new traders some times post in. If the new trader makes a post asking a general question, asking for help, or anything else...DO NOT PM THEM! Just reply with your answer in their post and let them know they may PM you (if you want them to) to further assist them.

Now if they make their post and state yes you may PM me on this matter, question, or subject then you are free to PM them.

Paying For Referals and Green4Green trade threads. If a new person posts in your thread stating they want to work with you or would like your help, YES you can PM them.

As it has been stated before, if they dont ask to be PMd then simply do NOT PM them and you will have nothing to worry about!

how do we report spammers? do we pm you (gladiator)? I just joined and within an hour had two messages 'helping me get started'. Since I had read so many tutorials and informative postings before I signed up, I could recognize them as referral links. I certainly didn't solicit these messages, as it has taken me another 2 hours to figure out how to send this post!
