Just so you know... I, along with others that I know on this forum actually enjoy working with newbies... it is not just to get the referral.

Sorry for sounding like a B.. but this post was just uncalled for IMO. If you are going to post some thing like this at least TRY to be diplomatic about it.

Well I for one would like to see a Great difference in the way the Replies to the Welcome thread are Made and More people should definitely Start Reporting People.

I don't understand why a person can't copy the name of newbies together and add it with their post instead of doing rows of rows of quotes that takes up a whole bunch of space for nothing, a few 1-3 okay but gheeez.

It is Very Un-professional, there is no REASON at all why one particular member should post more than twice in the Newbie Intro Thread.

As it has been said over and over a million times. IT IS NOT THE LTCO, the looking to complete offer Section, STOP USING IT LIKE YOUR OWN PERSONAL TRADE THREAD.

The Rules Clearly State Welcome them or answer a question.

They do not need a LONG EXTENDED PAGE of Instructions or Guides.

We Have the Tutorial Area and the Rules Area for that, you can SIMPLY give them the Link and Refer them to that Particular Area.

Also there is no Reason to be Quoting Newbies for Hello's if the Post is OLD.

Those who are doing this know who they are and I have stood Clear from this Discussion for a LONG time because I knew some people won't LIKE it.

BUT Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong, I have NEVER felt right about Reporting anyone because I feel that we are all Adults here and should LEARN to follow Rules.

But the Mods and Management have Stated that they can't See it ALL and that We Need to Start Reporting.

I have found myself staying away from this Thread because I get Soooo frustrated seeing the Same people over and over with a MILE long Discussion on the same thing a MILLION others have POSTED.

LOOK at the DATES and POST Once or Twice a Page, Let the New people coming IN have a Variety of Traders to Look at.

OOOOOOH and those People that put a LONG post and almost at the End of It SAY

"Contact me or PM me or ASK" That is giving an Invitation to the Newbie Straight Out. THIS IS NOT ALLOWED PEOPLE STOP DOING IT.

As of Today I am going to START Reporting any and ALL I SEE Violating over at the Newbie INTRODUCTION Thread, "Enough is Enough".

I post every now and then when I don't see it CLUTTERED, alot of times NOT even once a day and I thought that what I was posting was within the RULES.

By telling them that I was a mentor and that I could answer any questions they may have to just ask. Or if you need any help at all just Ask.

Well I got a Warining and was Asked to Remove that, so I am passing it ON to YOU ALL.

I AM GOING TO START REPORTING ANY AND ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE NEWBIE INTRODUCTION THREAD, THANK YOU TO SO MANY THAT HAVE BEEN GREETING AND ASSISTING NEWBIES BY STAYING WITHIN THE GUIDELINES OF RULES.

I would like to say that I welcome the new people for a couple of reasons. When I first started, It did make me feel much better to have people welcome me, I found my mentorand a dear friend because of that. I love to help new people not just for the referal, I have had so many people PM me that I am not even working with and have never seen before begging me for help because they cant get a hold of their trader and are really needing help. I like to help people and it makes no difference to me if it is in here for me or someones else's trade or out side of FLR. I know how it made me feel to see people welcome me and I want other people to feel that they have come to a good place. I could go on, but I think I will stop here! I really do want them to feel welcome!

i always post a welcome - and just tell them if they have questions or problems feel free to contact any one or post a question on the forum
