Look again. There is over eighty offers there. They are not the best offers but they are the same ones everyone else has.

I have just sent another referral and the same problem came up....offers do not work....I thought the offers had been updated.....

Could you be a little more specific on how the offers don't work? If they're having problems accessing the offers, have them submit a support ticket so we can look into it further.

Make sure they're registered on the site and clicking on the "Offers" tab. Nine times out of ten, when one of my trading partners tells me that the offers aren't working, they're clicking on the "View Offers" tab instead.

The "Offers" page is where you go to complete the offers. "View Offers" is where you go to...well...view the offers and plan your strategy. All of the offers on the "View Offers" page are disabled, so you don't click on them accidentally while you're making your plans.

Not a guaranteed solution--I'm not in the room with your trading partner--but I'd say that's the issue nine times out of ten.

Okay...my referral just explained what the problem is...she says that the offers she tried are no longer available or they have expired.....I don't know exactly which offers she tried, but she couldn't complete the offer requirements. Weren't the offers just updated recently?

I think I see what you mean. There's definitely an error in how one of the set of offers was setup. Most of them are still working, but there's a batch that have an error in it. We'll get on finding specifically what is going on there.

Sorry to reply back here so late, but the problem was fixed and about 20 more offers are pending to be added in the near future.
