I have sent some people into the site.. and as I am checking offers ( per their request) it seems 27 out of 58 offers are offers are dead..
can somone explain what is going on?

Yes please...I have a referral that is trying to green this site but she says that all the offers she has tried are dead....any explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
